I see the word "fre.e" in the emails I receive from Movie Eye, does this mean there's a catch?
There is absolutely no catch. The ONLY reason we use "fre.e" instead of "free" is to avoid email programs filtering the mail we send to you as spam.
Junk mail has become a huge problem on the internet and using the word "free" in an email will usually cause it to be blocked.
After all, you took the time to sign up for the great celebrity content we provide, we want to make sure that it reaches you instead of your junk mail folder.
Why would the celebrities sign a photo for FREE?
Great question! Why do the celebs appear on David Letterman, Jay Leno and countless other shows and venues? To promote themselves and their latest movies/projects!
The more people know about a celebrity, the more exposure the celebrity gets and ultimately they can earn more money. So in this case, we fans get a free autograph and the celebrity gets the additional exposure. This relationship is good for everyone involved!

What do you mean by Guaranteed Accurate Celebrity Addresses?
Movie Eye celebrity addresses are guaranteed accurate and here's how it works:
As a Gold or Platinum member of Movie Eye, if you run across an address in our system that is no longer valid, or you would like the address of a celebrity that is not included in our database, just let us know the full name of the celebrity.
Then give our research team 5 business days to locate the celebrity's mailing address for you.
If we're unable to find the address, you will receive 1 month of membership absolutely free. Hey, the world isn't perfect and celebrities do move around, but we'll do our best to help you locate your favorite celebrity if necessary.
If I join, how many addresses can I access per month?
As a member of Movie Eye, you get complete and unrestricted access to ALL celebrity contact records and mail results posted by other members for the duration of your membership. No catches, no extra fees to access more addresses, period.
I only want a 1 month subscription, can I join and just be billed once?
Yes! Simply sign up, access the celebrity contact addresses of your favorite celebrities, then cancel before your first month is over.
If you cancel within a month after joining, your membership will not renew and you will not be billed again.
We need to let you know that our happiest members have been with us for many years, and we recommend at least trying a 6 month subscription.
How do I know which subscription length to purchase?
We've found through member feedback that at least 6 months gives you the best chance to receive successes from the celebrities. In most cases, it's shorter but this is a good time period to give it a fair chance for you.
Why is a longer subscription better? Although our celebrity sleuths work very hard tracking down celebrities, this is not an exact science. No website should claim that their data is 100% accurate 100% of the time. If they do, don't believe them... or go ahead and try them out and we're pretty sure you'll be back here in a couple months. We want to be honest with our members and we're letting you know that just like a regular phone directory, celebrities move around, they change agents, etc.
So if you access an address in our database and send a letter to that celebrity, there's a small chance that it won't be delivered... when that happens, it helps you to be able to login again and check if there's an updated address (if not you can request one from our Celebrity Sleuths), check mail results posted by other members, add your own mail result, add an entry to your personal celebrity diary, etc. It would be impossible to take advantage of these benefits if you purchase a 1 month subscription and cancel right away.
If you plan to become an avid collector, we feel it's in your best interest to take advantage of the longer term discounts!
How do I cancel my membership?
Simply fill out our membership cancellation form and your account will be cancelled effective that day.
How do you locate the celebrities?
Movie Eye's Celebrity Sleuths works full time contacting the major entertainment companies, studios, and agents to obtain the latest contact addresses.
Do you list celebrity email addresses?
Only a very small percentage of our records have email addresses. 99% of the celebrity email addresses circulating the Internet are fake and the very few that are genuine become so popular that they are changed/deleted very quickly.
Also, email addresses are impossible to verify because anyone can sign up for a free email account and pretend to be a celebrity. Most celebrities prefer to be contacted by mail and will only reply as such.
How often is your celebrity database updated?
Movie Eye's Celebrity Sleuths update the database contantly Monday through Friday from 9AM - 6:30PM Eastern Time.
Do these addresses actually work? Are they real?
Of course! All of our addresses are valid contact addresses, but we cannot guarantee that a celebrity will actually answer your letter. However, Movie Eye's celebrity autograph collector's handbook is overflowing with hints, tips, and samples to maximize your responses and autograph collection. What happens if I can't find the celebrity address I need?
This is highly unlikely, and usually happens only if the celebrity is very obscure or suddenly becomes an overnight sensation. However, if this happens to you and you are a Gold or Platinum member, just send a celebrity address request to Movie Eye and our Celebrity Sleuths will research the address and add it to the database within 5 business days (see "Guaranteed Accurate" above for more info.)

Sorry. In order to maintain our high quality database and provide reliable customer service to our paying members, we cannot give out free addresses.
